The first 300 people who stood with The Veterans Phalanx while it was still being built.
A phalanx does not form by accident.
It forms because people choose to stand in it — shoulder to shoulder, shield to shield, each one covering the person beside them. No single soldier holds the line. The line holds because everyone is in it.
The Veterans Phalanx started the same way. Before there was a name, before there was a mission statement, before there was anything to point to — there were people who showed up. Some gave money. Some gave hours. Some gave years. Some gave belief when belief was all we had.
We are recognizing the first 300 of them.
The First 300 are the founding partners of The Veterans Phalanx. They are volunteers, donors, advocates, and neighbors. There is no ranking among them. There are no levels. A dollar and an hour count the same, because in a formation, every position matters and no one stands above the line.
Each of the First 300 receives one thing: a shirt that cannot be bought.
It isn't sold in our store. It isn't available to the public. It is given only to the people who stood in the formation when it was still being built. When the 300th partner is named, the list closes. It will never open again.
No one stands alone. This is how we prove it.
What It Means to Stand in the Line
A phalanx holds because every person occupies a position. No one person carries the formation. Each stands beside the next, covering the person beside them and trusting that the same is being done for them.
The First 300 was built the same way.
Some people gave time. Some gave money. Some gave work. Some gave their voice. Many gave more than one.
These are not categories. They are not levels. They do not determine anyone's place in the line.
The contribution may be different. The recognition is the same.
Time
Hours spent showing up and serving.
Money
Financial support of any amount.
Work
Something built, organized, carried, repaired, or completed.
Voice
Credible advocacy that helped the work be heard.
A Shirt That Cannot Be Bought
It cannot be purchased. It is not sold in The Veterans Phalanx store, and it is not available to the public. It is not a donor premium and it is not merchandise marketing.
It is earned by being named as one of The First 300. Once 300 people are named, no more shirts are issued through this campaign, and the shirt remains unavailable for sale after the campaign closes.
Current design direction: the Veterans Phalanx emblem on the chest, The First 300 mark across the back, and “Founding Partner” on the sleeve. Final photography will be added once the shirt is produced.

There is one requirement: you showed up.
That may mean someone gave money, time, work, voice, advocacy, belief, or practical help.
There is no points system. The Veterans Phalanx is not mathematically calculating who deserves a position. We use judgment to recognize the people who genuinely stood beside the work early.
